Mississippi has regulations in place regarding the quantity of medical marijuana that patients can purchase within a specific timeframe. Mississippi patients cannot purchase more than 6 MCEUs (21 grams) every 7 days. Mississippi residents with medical cards can purchase up to 24 MMCEUs (84 grams) during any thirty-day period.
